This policy explains how Amabile di Rosa ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit amabiledirosa.com or get in touch with us. We only collect what we need, and we never sell your personal data.
Who we are
Amabile di Rosa is an Italian sweet wine brand. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@amabiledirosa.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Wholesale enquiries: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, location, business type, starting volume and email address.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, name and city.
- Party invites: if you create an invite, the details you enter (your name, the occasion, date/time, location and any note) and — only if you choose to add it — your email address, so we can send the RSVPs to you.
- RSVPs: if you reply to an invite, your name, your response, what you're bringing, and an email address only if you opt in to hear from us.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information (such as browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, including campaign tags like UTM parameters). When you use the store locator, your approximate or device location is used only at that moment to show nearby stockists — we do not store it.
How we use your information
- To respond to wholesale enquiries and confirm trade terms.
- To send you brand updates and offers if you've subscribed (you can opt out at any time).
- To operate, measure and improve the website and our marketing.
- To run and optimise advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used.
- Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. Where enabled, limited identifiers (such as your email) are hashed in your browser before being shared, to match you to your account on those platforms.
- Google Maps — to power the store-locator map and address search.
- Google Sheets (via a secure script) — to receive and store wholesale enquiries.
- Brevo — to send our newsletter and the invite/RSVP emails described below.
- Netlify — hosts the website and securely stores invite and RSVP details so your guest list works.
Party invites and RSVPs
Our invite tool lets you create an invite and share a link so friends can RSVP. When you create an invite, the details you enter are stored so the RSVP page works and your guest list can be shown back to you. If you add your email, we'll email you each RSVP and a private link to your guest list. When someone replies to an invite, their response is stored against that invite and shown to the host. We use these details only to run the invite feature; we don't use invite content for advertising. You can ask us to delete an invite and its responses at any time by emailing hello@amabiledirosa.com.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Meta, TikTok and Google ad settings.
Sharing your information
We share personal data only with the service providers above, who process it on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and subscriber information for as long as needed to respond to you and run our business, and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (and equivalent laws where you live), you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@amabiledirosa.com and we'll respond promptly.
Age restriction
This site and our products are intended for adults of legal drinking age (18+, or the legal drinking age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. See our responsible drinking page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be reflected here.
